Pg 24: THE ATROCITIES OF MANKIND

NO area of the world, NO region, NO country, NO people, NO civilization...is immune from the barbarism depicted in these pics. WE AS NATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS AND AS A GROUP WITHIN THE LARGER SOCIETIES...

ALL do or HAVE done the types of atrocities seen...in the West, Far East, Middle East, Africa, Latin America...it doesn't matter. There is a violent streak throughout humanity that has festered like a cancerous sore within mankind...throughout the ages. 

What it means to BE A CIVILIZED SOCIETY means you have arrested the demons and the heinous WITHIN and are capable of keeping it at bay. The lack of any serious commitment to doing so says either it isn't easy to do that or there is a definite lack of will to do so. 

As we look even now around this planet, we CONTINUE to see this HEINOUS BULLSHIT. That tells me that at least some don't as yet at least seem capable of that. THAT is what we see in places like North Korea, Darfur, The Sudan, the Middle East to name but a few. It is ONE thing for opposing sides to send troops comprised of men (and women now) to fight...fully cognizant of what they are doing and the potential consequences including their own deaths. BUT it is QUITE ANOTHER for ANYONE, albeit a group of individuals banded together in a common cause OR a country in its entirety to go into CIVILIAN areas and MURDER innocent children/women/the elderly/the infirm. WAR is a BIZARRE way of settling differences and bespeaks of people too unintelligent to settle them any other way. The use of force, of combat, military means to achieve political ends as it were...says THESE PEOPLE ARE TOO STUPID TO USE THEIR BRAINS RATHER THAN THEIR FISTS TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS. 

Okay that is WAR. But to MURDER IN COLD BLOOD, such as ISIS is doing RIGHT NOW in Iraq, or the Taliban, or the military forces in places like North Korea, or Gaza, or Israel, Syria, Libya, or ANYWHERE....it is appalling and despicable NO MATTER WHO does it OR for what reason. They may think they have a reason, but there is NO excuse for the slaughter seen here. It is INEXCUSABLE and ANYONE who bears inside them at least a smidgin of humanity should rise up and CONDEMN THESE ACTIONS, and if one doesn't whether in the Middle East or America or wherever, YOU are as GUILTY as the perpetrators. PERIOD. WHEN YOU ARE SO DEVOID OF HUMAN DECENCY AND EMBODY A STRONG SENSE OF THE VALUE OF HUMAN LIFE THAT YOU CAN LOOK AT THIS AND FEEL NO OUTRAGE, THEN YOU...have LOST YOUR SOUL. I DON'T GIVE A FUCK WHO YOU ARE. ANYONE WHO CAN DO THIS, MURDER INNOCENTS FOR WHAT END? OR LOOK AT IT AND NOT WEEP AS I DO? IS LOST TO HUMANITY. 

WE ARE THE WORLD. FUCKING MONSTERS NEED NOT APPLY FOR ADMISSION.

Muslims and Christians and Jews and Buddhists etc. have much to disagree about but what is NOT in dispute is the shared atrocities perpetrated by ALL these groups...against other people.  

WE ARE ALL GUILTY, every single last one of us, and we need to stop the hate against others' ethnicity, religion, gender, orientation, color. You only make God weep.
